If your holster is damaged or broken due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free. However, you must return the product to us. If you choose to ship the product back, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will cover the required return shipping back to you.

Please note that Jwalk Custom Holsters will not provide a warranty for any lost or stolen holsters, belt loops, or mounting hardware.
